About this house rental
The Villa "Les Collières" is like a second home for everyone who is on vacation on the Cote d'Azur. On about 130 square meters of living space and a 1,200 square meter plot of land, you and your loved ones are all to yourself. The beach visitor is after 900 m at the Baie de Cavalaire. The provencial house offers three bedrooms, all of which offer a beautiful view of the pool. A spacious living and dining room, an open traditional kitchen that is fully equipped, a pantry with washer and dryer and a garage are also included. The in-house boules court invites you to play together. The villa was renovated in 2017 and refurbished with a lot of heart and attention to detail. Our house is located in a private residential complex, which is only accessible to approx. 30 house parties.

Top location with a 15 minute walk to the beach and shopping (food/bakery). Amazing garden and very nice interior. Air condition in all bed rooms a huge plus. Easy check-in and out.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. It is spacious and clean and the layout was perfect for us. The heated pool was a great addition for our 6 year old who was in everyday, even when it rained! And the gardens were lovely. We love visiting Cavalaire and the location was ideal. Not to far to walk to the local shop down the hill but we drove to the beach ( too many things to carry).. Communicating with the owner was easy and quick. I would recommend staying here anytime and would love to return. Thank you.

Entspannter Urlaub. Haus ist super sauber, hochwertig, vollständig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles passt zusammen. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer es selber gerne nutzen. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister, sehr nette Vermieterin. Ich möchte wieder hinfahren!
