About this apartment rental
The village of Silbach is located very close to the town of Winterberg in an idyllic valley. Up on the southern slope of the Nordhelle mountain, Haus Sonnenstraße 21 is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The spacious duplex apartment (88 m²) extends over the 1st and partly 2. Floor of the house and consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living area with open kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony.
The living room with the cozy seating corner and fireplace invites you to relax on cold winter days. Entertainment is provided by cable TV, music system and VCR. The dining area dominates a large family table, which is suitable both as a dining table and for long game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. The living area is followed by a large balcony. Until the afternoon the sunshine, the view of the valley and the fresh mountain air can be enjoyed here.
The lower bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The upper bedroom is located in the open studio and offers, in addition to 3 sleeping facilities also as a children's room a lot of space for playing and romping.

Ich habe 4 Tage alleine zum Entspannen und ein wenig Nacharbeiten hier verbracht und die Zeit und Ruhe sehr genossen. Winterberg-Innenstadt ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und damit ein Katzensprung. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Wohnung hell und geräumig. Ich werde hier mal mit meiner Familie hinkommen, darauf freue ich mich schon.

Wir haben 4 sehr schöne Nächte in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und das Glück gehabt, echten Schnee zu erleben und nicht nur künstlichen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön am Hang gelegen und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über Silbach. Alle relevanten Skigebiete sind per Auto in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen.
In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden und es fehlt an gar nichts, die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Durch viel verbautes Holz im Studio oben ist es recht hellhörig, das muss man wissen. Es gibt auch keine Tür, die das Studio oben vom Wohnzimmer abtrennt, aber das war uns bewusst.
Die Nachbarin, die den Schlüssel verwaltet, war ganz zauberhaft und hat uns mit vielen Tips versorgt.
Küche & Esszimmer & Wohnzimmer bilden zusammen einen schönen großen Raum mit viel Platz für alle.
Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub für uns, können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
