We absolutely loved our stay in Green Paradise. A beautiful villa with a really good mix of traditional features with well appointed modern facilities. The villa is nice and spacious and very faithful to its on line photos. The outside is actually much nicer in reality with the most spectacular views which only get better when the sun sets. The little town of Margaretes is only couple of minutes by car and about a 10 min walk. It has a nice selection of tavernas and little ceramics shops. We really enjoyed the food at all the places we ate at in the village. You will definitely need a car to explore the local area and really recommend the town and beach at Bali and Panorma. Elias the host was always very quick to respond to questions and both check in and check out was very easy and efficient. The villa was cleaned very thoroughly 3 times in our 11 day stay so that was great. Thanks again - we had the most fabulous holiday and would not hesitate to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Paradise. The location of the villa is perfect. Walking distance to tavernas and a small supermarket. The town of Margaritas is full of pottery shops (and many tourists!). The villa is bigger inside than it looks in the photos - not that we spent much time indoors, even at the start of October. The upstairs terrace has comfy furniture, stunning views over the mountains, and to the sea. The Roman stepped pool was cleaned every couple of days. The loungers were comfy and pool towels supplied. The outside garden is a lovely space, and the gazebo shelters the outdoor table and chairs. The BBQ area is well set up, though we only used it a couple of times as eating out was so cheap. There is parking for one car inside the gates to the property, under a lemon tree. The property was easy to find, and communications with Elias were good. Everyone in the village knows Elias! The jacuzzi bath in the massive downstairs bathroom was a luxury. The villa was cleaned 3 times during our 13 night stay and the bath and hand towels replaced each time. We managed to do plenty of sightseeing, whilst having the perfect space to return to and relax. There is a larger supermarket in Perama just up the road. The washing machine meant we brought no laundry home. The added bonus was the family of cats with two kittens who came to visit daily. Perfection!

This is a lovely villa close to the charming village of Margarites. The property was immaculately clean and very comfortable.
The pool area is quite large with a shaded table which is ideal for lunch or dinner outside. The pool is cleaned every two days and the villa was cleaned twice during our nine night stay.
The owner and his son were very welcoming and the water fruit and wine which were waiting for us were very welcome after a long journey.
The bedrooms are airy and the air-conditioning works very well to keep you comfortable and to cool the bedrooms down before bedtime.
The village of Margarites has several lovely tavernas, a couple of well stocked small supermarkets, a nice bakery and many many ceramics shops, all less than 10 minutes away.
I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a peaceful holiday in comfort!

This villa was perfect for our family. The kids would have happily stayed here and enjoyed the pool for the whole holiday!
It was in an ideal location, as it was walking distance to margaritas, which we fell in love with.
