About this villa rental
The recently renovated villa with fine finishes and original materials is located in the medieval centre of Cupra Marittima, about 500 metres from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. The villa of about 180 square metres is spread over four levels all with a splendid view of the sea. The first floor offers access to a terrace with garden where it is possible to rest or eat while enjoying the view of the sea and the typical hills of the Marche region.
The ground floor entrance leads directly to the first large living room with adjoining bathroom, laundry room and storage room. The first floor consists of the living room-kitchen; the second floor consists of the bedroom with a loggia where breakfast can be eaten and a bathroom. The third and last floor consists of the bedroom from which it is possible to enjoy a suggestive night view through the white slatted roof window. This second bedroom also has a private bathroom.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, Check-in und Out war alles Problemlos. Patrizia und ihr Mann sind sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und stehen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung.
Der einzige Störfaktor war der Zugverkehr unten am Strand, den man bis in die Unterkunft mitbekommt aber das tut dem Gesamtobjekt keinen Abbruch.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Patrizias Wohnung! Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet, und hat sowohl vom lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer als auch von der wunderschönen Terasse und dem schönen Garten einen traumhaften Blick auf die Adria. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig am Rande des mittelalterlichen Städtchens. Auch Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe war immer möglich. Patrizia und Antonio haben uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen und standen für Fragen stets bereit. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wonderful house with a fantastic view. It is well and modern equipped and clean. The house is located on top of a hill and it takes approx. 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It might not be ideal for families with small children as there are many stairs and balustrades.

First.. the good.. The property is as nice as the pictures suggest. The views are amazing. There are a couple of nice restaurants up in the old town within walking distance. The beach is decent. The hosts were friendly and kind. However, while they claimed to want to know about any issues, when we let them know that the curtains in the master weren’t closing properly, they suggested we fix it ourselves.. We were surprised to learn upon arrival that if we used the air conditioning, there would be additional cost. Apparently, that’s in the rental contract. That SHOULD be in the listing. Still, we WERE going to use the AC, but it wouldn’t cool our bedroom, so we opted to open the windows. That kept it comfortable, but let in various flying insects since there were no screens. More importantly, it let in the ever-present sound of the train, which runs regularly around the clock.
