This cottage is situated in the village of Lanivet near Bodmin and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.Please note: Check-in day in strictly Saturday between the months of May and September.
Maple Lodge is a delightful cottage resting in the village of Lanivet in Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite, a single, and a children's bunk room, as well as a bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric log-effect fire. To the outside is off road parking for two cars, and a garden with verandah, patio, barbecue and furniture. Situated in a pleasant location with much to keep you occupied, Maple Lodge is a lovely retreat in a homely part of England.
Amenities: Electric wall heaters. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with veranda, patio, BBQ and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mile. Please note: Booking must be made within a Saturday - Saturday week, but can check in and out on any day. Bookings cannot fall over a weekend period.

Bodmin has a shopping centre and local attractions include the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and Bodmin Jail with its courtroom experience. Also close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and the stunning Eden Project.
