About this house rental
Welcome to Captain's Quarters waterfront vacation home. We are located just south of Houston on Galveston Bay in the coastal community of sunny San Leon Texas. We are also next door to Top water grill restaurant and marina with boat ramp and docking. The house comes fully furnished. All linens, blankets, towels, etc. All well stocked washer/dryer in house. There are 3 levels of patios leading to a roof top hot tub and 360-degree view of the bay and sky.line. On-site 330 ft Private lighted fishing pier with cleaning station . Great spot for fishing and crabbing. Or walk next door to a great seafood restaurant with dockside dining.

This is a great property at the end of the block, so it was right next to the water and fishing pier. The Host was really attentive and responded very quickly. Had a minor issue that was quickly resolved, and we appreciated the promptness. Everything listed was accurate and the scenery views were absolutely amazing! Would definitely use this location again!

What you would expect from a beach house. Only issue we had was there was an rv with a vehicle present on property behind house that seemed to have somebody in it but not sure, but was not made aware atleast it was not made abundantly clear somebody was there and as a parent thats a concern. We have no issue if someone was there if we were made aware of, but not knowing is a bit of an un easy feeling. But property and house is amazing. Beautiful location, nice quiet neighborhood.
