The villa is thoughtfully designed to be inclusive:
-Ground Floor (Wheelchair Accessible): Features a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a traditional fireplace, a spacious quadruple bedroom, and an accessible bathroom. Enjoy direct access to the garden and reserved parking.
-Total Capacity: The standard layout offers 3 bedrooms for 9 guests. For larger groups, a 4th double bedroom can be added upon request (extra fee), accommodating up to 11 guests.
- Comfort & Facilities: A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and electric oven.
- Laundry Facilities: A shared laundry room is available in a separate area of the property. For a small fee per cycle, guests have access to a washing machine and dryer (detergent included).
PRIVATE GARDEN & WELLNESS
Enjoy exclusive use of the outdoor spaces:
- Private Jacuzzi: A 6-person spa (heated in winter, cool in summer) available from 08:00 to 24:00 (extra fee applies). It ensures maximum privacy and is not shared with other guests.

My mom has wanted a family trip to Italy for years. In her ideal trip, it was with the family, staying at a Tuscan villa, and renewing her vows to her husband of 25 years.
Because of Beatrice, her property, and her connections, everything in her imagination was able to come true.

Our party of 11 stayed at this property in July of 2019. The building was in the exact condition as VRBO pictures indicated. What the pictures didn't tell is how beautiful the surrounding Tuscany hillside is surrounding this property. We enjoyed every minute of our 4 night stay and would consider this property for a return visit.
The owner, Beatrice, was very accommodating to our delayed arrival time. She also provided EXCELLENT information to assist with our travels while in the region. I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in the Tuscany region and wish for the relaxed, spacious peace the property provides.
