Merci à Serge Gauthier pour son sympathique accueil. L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de toutes commodités et du lac. Très lumineux, vue montagnes, spacieux et très bien équipé, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour et ne manquerons pas d'y revenir ! La région est magnifique ! Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter !

Tres bel appartement avec une grande terrasse, au calme. L'appartement est très bien équipe, très propre. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Monsieur Gauthier. On a apprécié la facilité de parking,la situation proche des commerces et restaurants et de la piste cyclable et du lac. On reviendra !

Très bonne destination. Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence très calme et très récente. Très propre et très bien équipé . Grande terrasse très appréciée. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location et le lac d'Annecy .
