About this apartment rental
The second floor of a stone house, which was built in 1924, in the center of Chania old harbor has been renovated, with respect to the initial form and contemporary touch, in 2018 and hosts two suites for rent: the Balcony and the Terrace. The unique location around which the social life of Chania grows, both in the past and present, makes the property an ideal place for someone who wants to feel the heart of the city.
The Τerrace consists of a base floor and an attic. In the base floor there is the living room a bathroom and a private balcony over Santrivani Square. The attic is used as the bedroom with it's bathroom. From there one can reach the Terrace from where Chania old Harbor lays in front of his feet.
The suite is 50 m2, fully airconditioned and equiped with:
King size bed with top quality mattress
Sofa-bed for two
Private Terrace and Balcony with open sky furniture

Spectacular location, gorgeous views, and a wonderful condo. Extremely unique layout that really was enjoyable. The private terrace was simply stunning and totally unique to the property. It provided unparalleled view of the harbor and square. It was great to be able to enjoy the view into the night. The 1924 wine was incredible as well!!! Lampros was an incredible host and provided a great overview of the property and Chania. Thank you again for allowing us the pleasure of staying at your property!
