This duplex apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an old dining room, so it offers a splendid view over the sea and the islands towards Saint Malo. Renovated from 2012 to 2013, the apartment offers a comfortable and functional place for your holiday.
In the residence, you will find two tennis courts available on clay (subject to a fee, possibility of lessons), a ping-pong table, and a shaded park with a playground for children.
100m away, on the beach, there is a sailing school (catamarans, wind surfing and kayak) and a beach club for children.
300m away, the golf course of Saint Cast offers you its 18 holes in a undulating ground. A bit further in the distance, the equestrian centre offers riding trips.

Appartement fonctionnel, mais vieillissant, bénéficiant d’une belle vue. Kate est très arrangeante. A noter : la facture d’électricité est envoyée après la fin de la location (nous avons payé 8€ pour 2 jours en ayant très peu consommé de chauffage).

L'appartement est grand et spacieux (nous étions 8 adultes et 3 enfants), les 2 chambres correctes, la 3ème "chambre" = la mezzanine.
Les + :
- plage juste à coté (même pas 5 minutes),
- tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner,
- la vue
Les - :
- le centre est éloigné, il faut donc prendre la voiture,
- moquette par tout à l'étage,
- pas de linge de lit et de toilette de compris dans le prix (qui est élevé du coup pour la nuit),
- pas très propre à notre arrivée.
Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour entre amis.
