Idyllically situated on the outskirts of the serene, countryside village of Lefkogeia, sits the very impressive Anemolia Villa.
Completed in 2019, this brand new, modern and stylish villa has been carefully constructed, designed and furnished under the owners keen eye for detail, to make a truly memorable villa holiday experience.
Villa Anemolia is built on two levels, with straight, modern lines in mind, making the construction of the villa very unique in design. The villa is located on a plot of 9000 sqm which is complimented by a large olive grove, a lovely garden with herbs and lawn . The approximately 200sqm villa is a two-storey building with three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms on the upper floor. Next to the third bedroom which is downstairs there is a bathroom fully equipped for people with special needs. The bedrooms have got terraces overlooking the pool, the mountains and the bay of Plakias in the distance.
The modern well equipped kitchen offers everything that is needed during your stay. The spacious living room boasts a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, a fireplace and a satellite TV. All over the house and the premises there is free access to wireless WiFi.
The dining area offers a large wooden table with stylish chairs and the open plan kitchen is equipped with a servery and four stools. The open plan design creates a cozy atmosphere and relaxing environment. The space is sunny and airy all day long, giving off a light, summer feeling! In most areas you can enjoy the fantastic view of the mountains and the Libyan sea! Dining outdoors in the sun or under shady pergolas is an experience you should definitely try. You can also prepare a homemade meal in the BBQ facilities that are available next to the pool area. The 35sqm private swimming pool is set amongst a lovely garden, olive trees and lawn.
Anemolia Villa has been tastefully furnished and styled with great attention to detail and guarantees a high level of living comfort. All the bedrooms are spacious, sunny and airy with spectacular views of the beautiful landscape of southern Crete and the bay of Plakias. The lovely open living area enjoys picture patio windows which lead out to the pool terrace where you can dine alfresco next to the swimming pool.

The picturesque village of Lefkogeia occupies an ideal location for those wishing to be close to the famous beaches of the southern coast found only 5 minutes away by car(Ammoudi, Schoinaria, Damnoni, Preveli and Souda Beach). A small selection of local tavernas, mini-markets and local café can be found within the small village of Lefkogeia within a five minute drive away from the villa. A car is essential.

Stella is a fantastic host, she really cares about her guests and wanted to make sure we had a fantastic holiday - which we absolutely did. The villa is in a fantastic location, it feels remote (which was what we were after) but it is only a few minutes drive to some lovely local beaches and amenities. We will be recommending staying at this villa to family and friends.

Stella and Manolis are two wonderful hosts. Super friendly, helpful and always there if you have a question. The house is super nice and big. The areas with the rooms and their respective bathrooms are great. The furnishings are made with love and everything is very well maintained. There are very good restaurants about 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed this week and had a great rest. We will definitely be back one day...❤️😍

Having waited three years to finally stay having had to cancel our original 2020 booking, Villa Anemolia was worth the wait. As previous reviewers have said, Stella and Manolis are wonderful hosts, welcoming us personally, helping with luggage and with lots of lovely local food to help us settle in. The villa itself is immaculate, with a bathroom for each bedroom, well equipped kitchen and meticulously clean.
Location is great, very quiet and private but very close to lots of local beaches and less than 10 mins drive from Plakias and lots of restaurants. Weather was rather windy and difficult to know if villa location increases exposure to that, but it certainly didn’t stop us having a wonderful time. We were visited day 2 by a cat that a previous guest had fed so we did the same twice daily from that point, no hassle at all and my boys loved it. Nice if others could do the same. I am sure we will be back.

It’s not often that a holiday exceeds your expectations, but this Villa has to be seen to be believed. The wonderful hosts Stella and Manos can’t do enough to make you feel welcome. The Villa is modern, with every need catered for and is absolutely immaculate. The location in the valley is spectacular, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains and local town Plakias in the distance. If you’re looking for the ultimate escape from it all, then this Villa has it all.
