Charming villa Sandi is located on the green spot of small quiet village of Juršići, near the picturesque locality of the Svetvinčenat. The villa is surrounded by a spacious (1000m2) fenced garden with carefully maintained lawn and private swimming pool (21m2). Guests can enjoy leisure time on the covered shaded terrace. Swings and a badminton playground are on disposal for the recreation. Outdoor space provides guests privacy and children security. It is perfect for get- together, barbecue parties or just relaxed book reading. Even your pet will be thankful for choosing this nice villa.
The interior of the villa is spacious and bright. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with living room, all fully equipped for the comfortable stay for the bigger families or group of friends who want to enjoy vacation together.
We recommend to visit the historic city of Pula, with its vigorous city life, crowded streets and vibrant atmosphere. The famous Roman Colosseum is the center of the cultural summer festival held each year, with concerts, ballet, operas, film festivals etc.. For the nature lovers the following destinations are definitively worth a day trip: Nature park Cape Kamenjak - peninsula of Kamenjak, a wonder of nature’s architecture, is situated at the South of Istria, near to a site called Premantura. National park Brijuni, with its natural, cultural and historical heritage, is another attractive site in the region. Children will certainly be challenged to visit the Dinopark in Funtana , the first amusement and theme park in Croatia where life-size dinosaurs are the main topic, otherwise the sea world presented in the Pula Aquarium, or aqua park in Novigrad.
