The location is perfect, not close to piste, but more quite, shops and cafes around. Amazing parking and cozy room with kitchen

All was good. Maybe a little bit more things in kitchen would be ideal, like spices, oil, coffee capsules.

The location is awesome, the owner keeps good communication, friendly housekeeper, nice spacious and comfy place, big balcony, clean, well equipped, things work well. Nice restaurant downstairs, close to Billa and the bus stop. Overall really liked it and would definitely come again.

Nothing to deduct the good ratings, but the heater in the room seemed to have a mind of its own, no matter our setting. The room temp was overall ok but sometimes you'd like to dry a few items from skiing. The heater in the bathroom works well though, despite being small. Another small thing, the kitchen is well equipped, also with a dishwashwer, but were surprised there was no salt, anyway we bought some. The one thing I would say is more relevant for me, there is no laundromat in Kaprun (closest is in Zell am See), and the owner told us there is a machine in the cellar, but the housekeeper told us that's incorrect.

Locatia foarte buna. Apartamentul are toate dotarile necesare, bucataria foarte echipata, amplasat la etajul 2 intr-un bloc linistit, cu vedere la strada, balcon generos,apartament foarte calduros; parcare inclusa, pizzerie la parter. Statie de autobuz aproape , obtinerea cheii de la Administrator care locuieste in acelasi bloc a fost foarte accesibila .
