Great location. Less than a minute to walk into old town. Large outdoor patio with a grill available. We spent most of our time on the patio. Host is extremely friendly and helpful. Brought us softer pillows when we requested. Bed was comfortable and WIFI worked great. Great restaurant 100ft away.
Not best for long term stays. No washing machine or dishwasher. Shower is small.
Only public parking is available, It is free but you need to be creative. Not a problem for shorter term stays.

The landlord was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions on where to visit
-Lots of stairs to get to the apartment on top floor.
-No proper parking as it’s really street parking and you need to go renew it every 2hrs.
-The tiniest bathroom I’ve ever used and I’m only 1.57m tall and very slim. Yet I couldn’t even turn so I gave up showering the 2nd day. -Shower door needs to be replaced immediately as it didn’t work /close properly

Great location, just next to the centre, great terrace to sit and chill, Clara was very welcoming, providing us with all necessary things, the room is equipped with everything needed and it was ideal for our stay in San Gimignano. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful location with a fabulous host. The residence is charming - on the top floor of a building, enjoying a small patio area off the kitchen.
