About this house rental
Our lovingly restored, 500 year old half-timbered house is located in a central but quiet location in the village of Hübingen in the idyllic Westerwald.
The house was built in the 16th Built in the 19th century, it is one of the oldest houses in Westerwaldkreis. In the years 2018 to 2020 it was completely renovated with great attention to detail. The original staircases, windows, half-timbered beams and stone walls were largely preserved, so the house today boasts a cozy indoor climate with real wood floors and sophisticated, sophisticated living space.
The 80m² holiday home offers enough space for up to six people. You will find a cozy living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a walk-through room with football table, a bathroom, a spacious loft-style bedroom and a studio with two more beds. Outside there is also a spacious terrace for exclusive use. In total, up to six people can sleep in our stylish cottage.
Please note that our historic half-timbered house may have a ceiling height of less than 2.00 m in some rooms.

+ Modern, ruhig, Küche gut ausgestattet, TV zahlreich vorhanden, Tischkicker, Parkplätze, Kommunikation.
- Betten nicht ganz sauber (aber in Ordnung), fehlende Küchenhandtücher, Heizungsregulier im 1. OG defekt, WLAN zwar vorhanden - aber sehr schwach und quasi kaum Internet verfügbar.

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in diesem liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus genossen! Ein besonderes Highlight war der Tischkicker, an dem wir uns einige spannende Matches geliefert haben. Zu beachten ist nur, dass die niedrige Deckenhöhe im Zwischengeschoss (Tischkicker, Bad) für große Menschen beschwerlich sein kann. Sowohl Schlaf- als auch Kinderzimmer super schön! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren zwar nur 4 Tage vor Ort, aber das Cottage ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Überall hängen witzige Hinweise zu allem möglichem (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Essens oder Wandertipps, Hausregeln, etc.). Alles in allem ein tolles Cottage. Lediglich die Deckenhöhe (war aber vorher bekannt) ist erst einmal ungewohnt und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß sind gering (größere Städte wie Koblenz, Montabaur oder Limburg sind 30 Autominuten entfernt). Aber für Menschen mit Wanderslust und um ein wenig Ruhe zu genießen ist es wunderbar! Und wir haben es genossen :)

Wir sind total begeistert von dieser Ferienwohnung! Das Fachwerkhaus ist ganz liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet worden. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
