Very spacious apartment just 10 min walk from the old town. Was a delight to come back to a cool and air conditioned room after a day out in the sun.

Our host, Ivo, was fantastic. He met us when we drove in and helped with our luggage as well as showed us the features of the apartment. It is 5 star from amenities to decor, beautiful and tasteful artwork throughout. Heated bathroom floors and towel rack, coffee and fridge. No detail overlooked. Secured parking across the street. Location is perfect, short walk to old town and lovely view of harbor. Small store steps away to get fresh pastries in the mornings and anything else you might need. Ivo checked in and was always available to answer if we called. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. Bonus is a great Italian restaurant around the corner!

Great location only 10 minutes walk to the bridge to the old town or across the harbour by ‘men of Zadar’ water taxi. Very comfortable apartment which met our needs during our stay. Free parking was a pleasant bonus.
Up three.fights of stairs but the host kindly offered to carry cases upstairs. Little in the way of self catering equipment (No cooker, small mini bar fridge) but you would realise that from the specifications.
