About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the ground floor in a nice old brick building. The apartment is 73 square meters and refurnished. In the cozy kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, a dining table with 4 chairs for family meals. For younger children we can also provide you a high chair added.
The living room has a modern HD TV DVD player, as well as board games and many books and cozy reading evenings.
In two double bedrooms 4 people can sleep comfortably. A cot is available upon request. The bright and modern ensuite can start relaxing in the day.
Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful unspoilt old stone tiles in the hallway and kitchen.
On the terrace in the courtyard there is a barbecue for cozy evenings. Children can play safely and run around or just relax in a hammock in the yard and in the adjacent garden.
Bread rolls are available around the corner at 200 meters at the bakery. Groceries from the store can be purchased in Zülpich (4 km). Biodynamic food is available on a wonderful Demeterhof, House Boll home in about 7 km away. There also has its own dairy and bakery is affiliated and loht sometimes simply as a trip, because they offer an extensive adventure program.
In the immediate vicinity many excursions are available. Reachable on foot or by bicycle is the Zülpicher and Füssenicher lake, or the tourist Zülpicher downtown with the Museum of bathing culture. Are the Eifel-Zikkurat and the Rheinische Freilichtmuseum Kommern in the nearby area. The castle Satzvey lures throughout the year with many different attractions.
Hikers have numerous opportunities in and around the Eifel National Park to discover wonderful tours. The Phantasialand can be reached by car in 30 minutes and invites the whole family to an unforgettable day. But Schoppinginteressierte come in Outlet Bad Münstereifel entirely at their expense.

This was our second stay here. We began our trip 3.5 weeks earlier, in this same spot and ended our trip here, as well. Silvia & Guido are incredibly kind and accommodating. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed! Easy to park on the street, in front of the home. Great location, near many villages and not too far from Cologne/Bonn.

Our hosts were wonderful and greeted us upon arrival, ensuring we had what we needed and even left us homemade jam on the dining table. The accommodations were wonderful. Very clean, nice sitting area, nicely equipped kitchen, spacious and truly had everything we needed. Very convenient for us as we were visiting family on Zulpich. Parking was also very easy

A nice apartment to stay. It might be good to know that the bathroom can only be reached through the master bedroom.

Hat alles gepasst - Wohnung sehr ordentlich und sauber, zusätzlich ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern sowie ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Familienunternehmungen wie Fahrradtouren, Hochwildpark, Spielplätzen, Biohöfen, Seepark, etc.
