About this villa rental
Situated on the top of a small hill, at the edge of a gorge, just outside the rural village of Exopoli and overlooking the resort village of Georgioupolis, this fantastic villa has been extremely cleverly, and very thoughtfully, designed to provide high level of modern comfort that is expected in today's holiday accommodation, firmly influenced by Cretan tradition and style.
The house can accommodate till 5 people and covers an area of 110sqm. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, fully equipped separate kitchen, dining-room and WC. The second floor includes a 15 sq m master bedroom with a king size bed, a 15sqm bedroom with two single beds, and a big bathroom with bathtub.
Homely and welcoming, the sitting and dining areas mix traditional decor with an astute sense of style.
Wood beams and exposed stone add colour and character to the rustic atmosphere enhancing a living space that is both quaint and charming.
On the first floor, the private balcony off the double bedroom enjoys wonderful sea views while the twin bedroom offers an eye-catching rural panorama.
At night, Moroccan-style lamps create an exotic atmosphere while the lights of nearby Georgiopoulis twinkling in the background will tempt even the most reluctant recluse to come and visit.
There is plenty of space around the poolside terrace to arrange sun loungers to suit the mood and ensure that the constantly changing panorama of sparkling sea and surrounding mountains can be appreciated from every angle.
Operating with the authorization of the Greek National Tourism Organization with licence No: MHTE 1042 K 91002919201 the villa ensures the privacy of the residents and an exceptional views of Almyros Bay, Lefka Ori (mountains) the village and the landscape of Georgioupolis. The 20km beach is only 3km away from the house.
