RENT FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS
The 70 sqm apartment, fully furnished, is located in a residence of 10 apartments immersed in a large green park, at the end of a private road (via Borandasco), on the hill of Marina di Campo at 1.3 km from the sea.
It consists of an entrance hall, two double bedrooms (with 4 single beds), a bathroom with shower and washing machine (renovated in 2013) and a large living room with kitchenette, dishwasher and large fridge.
In the living room there are two sofa beds, a TV and a large French window, overlooking the Gulf of Marina di Campo. The apartment also has a covered parking space, private land at the back, a space in common with the other apartments for drying laundry.
The linen (sheets and towels) is available to guests.
The prices shown are per week. For longer periods contact me for more advantageous conditions.

The apartment also includes an opened - covered car parking, a rear private ground apt for relaxation, and a common area, with the others apartments, where to hang out the laundry.
Linen (sheets and wipes) is available on site for the guests.

We spent 4 great weeks in this apartment which was perfect for us (family, 2 adults, 2 small children). It is spacious, fully equipped, incl. dishwasher and washing machine, and offers an amazing view over the bay of Marina di Campo. With our children we also enjoyed the area surrounding the house which is located at the end of a dead-end street. So we could walk around and play safely without / only few traffic.
It takes some 25-30 min by walking to Marina, or only few minutes by car.

Ottima posizione, tranquilla e fuori dal caos, casa funzionale anche in sei persone. Vista spettacolare.
