Space
Beautifully situated apartment surrounded by nature with beautiful views of the hills and the village of Schwalefeld located less than 2 km from Willingen. Lovely balcony on the west and south.
The apartment has two floors and is fully equipped including dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, Nespresso, washer, dryer, Dyson, Wifi, satellite TV, comfortable box spring beds with 4-season duvets. On the ground floor there is the utility room and cloakroom, two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, a spacious living room with beautiful views and an open kitchen. On the floor there are a toilet, a cozy and spacious master bedroom with en suite. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015.
Free parking at the door. Less suitable for people who have difficulty walking. A staircase from the parking area you reach the apartment. It is possible with the car to get right behind the apartment for loading and unloading luggage.

The Neighbourhood
The picturesque Schwalefeld a village just outside the hustle and bustle of the famous town of Willingen located in the Sauerland. Both summer and winter relax. Skiing, cross country skiing, skating, hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, swimming, summer toboggan run, go-carting, water sports (Diemelsee is 10 kilometers away) and much more! To enjoy tranquility and space. But also to be active until the top sport to it!

Transport
Both summer and winter easily by car. Willingen be reached by train on a fixed schedule. The station is about 5 kilometers from the apartment. For the apartment is a bus stop. So with public transport, the apartment is practical to reach the front door. In addition, driving in and around Willingen many taxis that bring you back safely and quickly at a minimal charge everywhere.
