This detached bungalow is set in the coastal village of Talybont, one mile from Barmouth, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Berwyn is a detached bungalow in the village of Talybont in North Wales. It has two king-size double bedrooms, sleeping four guests, as well as a shower room and cloakroom with WC and basin. There is a kitchen with dining area, sitting room with electric fire, and utility room. Outside is a large lawned garden with hot tub and summerhouse, as well as off road parking for four cars. Berwyn is a delightful cottage in a superb coastal location.
Amenities: Electric central heating with electric fire. Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. Fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, 3 x 42" Smart TVs with BT TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and toweling robes inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Garden with hot tub, summerhouse, furniture.Guests are welcome to take their own disposable BBQ Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The village has a restaurant, pub and lovely sandy beach which is suitable for swimming. It is also a great base for walking, cycling and fishing opportunities, as well as an abundance of watersports. Nearby is the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, home to Zip World Titan, Bounce Below and Zip Caverns.

Fantastic bungalow which was thoroughly clean upon our arrival, with the hot tub all ready for a quick dip after a long drive. The house is well equipped with all your home comforts so easy to make yourself at home (the welcome pack was a lovely touch). Location was excellent with Barmouth only 10 minutes drive away and a lovely local pub only 5 minutes walk down the road. The kids loved all the outside space in the garden and we certainly made fullest use of the hot tub. A fantastic hot tub holiday home!!
