Internally it was fabulous, better equipped than some 5 star hotels!! Every detail considered. Breakfast was laid out ready and the there was plenty of choice.
Externally the barge looked a bit run down

We have stayed here before and reviewed, but just wanted to add that communication with the hosts was very good and the one small issue that we had was promptly dealt with. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. It is ideal for breaking the journey if you’re driving from the UK to the French Alps .

Very comfortable stay ; we were nice and warm despite it being very cold weather with ice visible on the water.
Very good breakfast.
Convenient parking available and a short walk to the historic old town of Dole where there are numerous very good restaurants.
