Proximity to FCO is awesome. Check in was easy, the office is on the ground floor (look for 116) It is an exterior walk up, so if you are height adverse be aware. The interior of the flat is perfect for you to be able to relax. Short walk to the beach and a large variety of restaurants. This is a gem of a local town be aware most menus are in Italian only.
Our host had everything prepared and ready for us. Helped us arrange transports to the airport for the morning that were reasonable cost and took card payment.
