S&K VILLAS are located just 150 meters to the popular beach of Kalamaki, an ideal beach for couples and families with young children. Kalamaki is situated approx. 5 km from the beautiful old Venetian port of Chania. A short stroll from the villas you can find restaurants, supermarkets and cafes.
S&K VILLAS contain 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sleeps 10 people. The villas provide satellite TV in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, a media room and a playroom for younger children. The villas have each a private pool and sea views from the top floor balcony.

The home was beautiful and spacious, with plenty of rooms to give a large group privacy and all the amenities you need for comfort. Stavros went above and beyond answering questions and even booking a fishing excursion. The full kitchen and washer-dryer made traveling with kids much easier. I would definitely recommend this rental.

My family and I recently stayed here in the beginning of October. It easily accommodated all 10 of us. Our host Stavros was amazing. We didn't arrive at the villa until 2:30 am however he was here waiting to us. Not only was he there to give us the tour but he also left baskets of food , wine and a hot cheese pie cooking in the oven. Everything about this villa was perfect from the comfy beds to the great location. We all agreed that if we ever make it back to Crete we know where we would be staying. Thanks Stavros for making our time in Crete the best!

The place was very clean and beautiful.The reception was excellent with food and drinks to give us a start. All was okay except the basement floor, which was a bit smelly and the washing machine which was broken.Insect screens would also have been nice to keep the mosquitos out.
