About this farm stay rental
The charm of Tuscany, in a house i Ghiacci, of six apartments, with swimming pool, in large property of over 300 hectares. The Casa i Ghiacci hill is surrounded by woods, with miles of trails and a large riding school.
Tenuta Vallelunga is an environment of exceptional beauty just a few kilometers from the main roads, it is a big green lung where you can go jogging in the morning (more than 10 km of trails in the woods and in the valley) and where children can be left free gallop on horseback in the middle of the farm while the parents relax in the pool of the Ghiacci house. Or you can decide to start discovering one of the cities of art that have made Tuscany famous in the world in just ten minutes you reach the highway. Relaxation, nature and culture all together.
Il Camino is a spacious apartment on the first floor (90 sqm). Wooden ceilings, a spacious living room with a single sofa bed and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette with four burners, an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. Two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet. Large garden with barbecue and tables, swimming pool and sun loungers. free, table tennis, free outdoor parking, laundry with iron / ironing board and washing machine.
The house is located 15 km from the international airport and Pisa station, 10 km from the railway station and 8 km from the port of Livorno. The Marina di Pisa beach is 22 km away, Quercianella is 24 km away.
Other things to keep in mind
Pets allowed on request. Towels and bed linen included in the price (sheets for cot not available). Cot and high chair included in the price but subject to availability. Exterior: Large garden with fenced pool of 6 x 12 meters (1.40 m and 2.50 m deep). Laundry. Barbecue. Games for children. Table tennis.

- - Children must ALWAYS be accompanied by an adult in the pool and the fence must ALWAYS be closed - Any leftover, waste or dirt must be thrown into the trash and all the dishes soiled washed - Keys must be collected at reception upon arrival, at departure they must be left in the apartment or returned to the reception - Any extra charges must be paid before departure - The linen must not be lost or ruined - Early check-in or late check-out are not accepted unless previously agreed the property

Nos 12 jours au sein de la Casa Ghiacci furent des plus agréables, champêtres, à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Livourne et non loin des plages. Ce corps de ferme confortablement aménagé nous offrit tout le nécessaire pour profiter des journées ensoleillées à souhait... sans compter la piscine - quotidiennement entretenue - qui fit le bonheur de nos trois enfants. Matin piscine, après midi sieste, bains de mer jusqu'au soleil couchant... et ponctuellement la visite des villes alentours: Pise, Lucca, Florence, Sienne... plus captivantes les unes que les autres.
Un grand merci à Giulietta pour nous avoir proposer ce pied à terre dans "la plus belle région d'Italie".

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Ghiachi. Lovely secluded location on a rural estate with good facilities. The accommodation was clean and functional and our hosts made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. Easy access to many of the popular tourist locations and our hosts gave us good information for visiting places of interest in the area. Plenty of room for children to play safely outside and a very clean and well maintained swimming pool. We would certainly recommend this to others.

thank you very much for our great vacation this summer. The communication was very good, friendly and courteous. The apartment was clean and everything necessary was in there. Small repairs were down quickly.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment / Interieur corresponds with the description.
Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay.
