Brand new home with wood floor through out the entire downstairs, granite counter top in the kitchen, wood plantation shutters in living room, brand new stainless steel appliances, and many more... One bedroom and one bathroom are downstairs. Corner lot with no close neighbors on two sides! Great location right next to clubhouse, park, BBQ area, pool, spa, tennis court, children's play ground, basketball court...etc.
The community is one of the most desirable and new neighborhoods in Orange County with multiple parks, clubhouses, BBQ areas, multiple pools, spas, children's playgrounds, tennis court, basketball court... and many more other amenities. The location is very convenient and is neighbor to some of the most famous coastal cities, e.g. Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Newport Coast...etc.
The location is very close to freeways that go to Los Angles, San Diego, and Riverside county.

The area was very nice and community was great. The owner was very kind. But, there were no blankets, pillows, iron, very few plates, glasses, no cleaning supplies, extra TP, or broom. Small coffee pot and few cooking utensils. We spent a lot of money getting things to use to clean and accommodate the family for eating, sleeping, and we had to buy chairs to sit in on the patio for there was no outdoor furniture at all.

The house was immaculate, the appliances are new and worked great. As other reviews have highlighted, if you plan to cook, you will want to bring spices, foil, paper towels, ziplocks etc. Also, bring soap for the shower/tub.
Linens are provided and the showers were squeaky clean.
There was a rug in the living room and several pillows that made it cozier. The furniture was very comfortable. There also was some outside seating which was great. (I think this is new based on another review I had read before booking)
The neighborhood was very quiet with a community playground within 1 block.
All and all a great place to stay and was perfect for our family to gather.
