About this cottage rental
Housed in an old farmhouse, the cottage has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with three single beds and one with one bedroom with a queen bed. It has an enclosed south-facing garden with terrace and barbecue. It's very quiet to rest. Germigny is located about 1/2 hour of Orleans.

Pretty Cottage, with shared courtyard for parking. Private south facing garden with large terrace, lovely sunsets across the open fields at the back. Friendly owners who live in the adjoining cottage.
Definitely need a car as there are no shops or facilities in the hamlet, but there is easy access to main roads which makes exploring the area easy.
Internally the cottage furnishings are worn and dated. There is a downstairs bathroom at the opposite end of the house from the upstairs bedrooms, which makes quite a trek if you have to get up in the night.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans ce charmant gite ! Mes filles ont adoré le jardin et la terrasse. Nos hôtes étaient très gentils, nous y retournerons certainement. Un beau moment en Famille.

The property is located in a quiet hamlet which forms part of the communauté of Germigny-des-Prés, about 40 kilometres east of Orléans. Its proprietors are very friendly and make you feel at home from the very beginning.
The rooms are spacious and well-kept.
If you bring your bikes you can explore the Loire Valley in a most relaxed manner; there are bicycle routes all along the river.
We greatly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the property as well as the region.

Il sagit d'une maison possédant tout le charme que la région peu offrir!
Très agréable et très confortable, rien ne manque. La terrasse, orientée Sud, est idéale aussi bien pour le petit-déjeuner que de longues et chaleureuses soirées.
Il faut ajouter que les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, dispensant conseils et bienveillance.
N'hésitez pas!
