Absolutamente tudo, o local tem excelente localização, a cama é muito confortável, tem uma varanda linda e arborizada. As praias são lindas e também tem um rio que é um espetáculo de beleza. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Um grande beijo pra Maria e pro Teddy muito obrigada ☺️

The location, that is very central, just 10 minutes or even less by foot from the center.
The place is very clean.
The city park nearby.
The balcony with table and chairs.
I don't normally like to write negative reviews, but there are some things that have really bothered me and that can be summed up in the expression "low availability". Upon my arrival I was sent a Google maps link, which took me to the front of the building, instead of the back. Only after 15 minutes of laps, I met a very kind girl from the condominium who led me to the back, as she guessed which apartment it was (maybe not the first time?). The owner did not bother to know if I could find the apartment, nor did he answered the phone or by booking.com. Regarding my request for information on free parking, the same.
In the following days, communication continued to be scarce, also because it was not possible through mobile phones or WhatsApp. Mrs Maria, who helps the owner and lives just nearby, is also as nice as a finger in the a$%. She always looks fed up and looks down on you as if you were an idiot, even when the first night I was unable to switch on the air conditioner by remote control, as if it were normal that to use a wall air conditioner you need to insert a plug (i didn't even notice!) that comes out of the wall into a socket underneath the window (they could have gone it when bringing the remote control, bit they did not and they said nothing about it). AC is 4.euros/day.
Furthermore, the apartment is not equipped with roller shutters, partially with curtains, so early in the morning it is flooded with light (for me it was impossible to sleep after 5 am, even with a mask). Moreover privacy is not possible at all, as the windows and balcony border on other patios and balconies, which force you to keep the curtains closed.
Finally, the shower is very narrow, since it is obtained in a bathroom waste space.
