Lovely quiet, unfashionable village location. House Martins' unending flying exuberance. Great appliances: fridge freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, ironing board, induction hob. High ceilings. Flat facing north in high summer. Location near vineyards, supermarkets and at edge of a quieter part of the Ardeche.
My wife would have liked a casserole dish and flat baking tray. We ate in every night.

The gite is very comfortable and really well equipped. Guillaume was welcoming and helpful. Chateaubourg is a lovely village and perfectly situated for exploring the area
It is only a small thing but the hot water could have been hotter

Newly refurbished, well appointed large apartment in historic house in the middle of a beautifully maintained village.
Outdoor area had to be reached by walking 50 meters on the street around to the back of the building.
