A gem in Petrovac, tucked away among the trees, within walking distance of one of Montenegro's most beautiful beaches.
We didn't know what to expect beforehand. We had chosen to spend the first two nights in a hotel in the middle of Montenegro to start our two-week trip from there.
After two days at Hotel Plaza Lucice, we felt so comfortable and loved by the staff and familiar with this beautiful location that we decided to extend our stay by another three days, after which we set off to discover Montenegro. After our road trip, we made a conscious decision to come back and spend the last few days of our vacation here. Simply because everything here is so wonderful.
The staff are genuine, enjoy seeing you arrive and love to chat with you. They give good advice about excursions and are incredibly helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at Hotel Plaza Lucice.

This, combined with the location, the surrounding nature, the beach of Lucice within walking distance, and the restaurant where you can have breakfast right on the beach with a beautiful view. The center of Petrovac, with its numerous restaurants, lively boulevard, and central location, makes this hotel a great base for couples and families.

We stayed in a room with a terrace which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had clean beach towels every day, and location was the closest to the beach. Hotel has its own part of the beach with sunbeads, so staying at the beach was comfortable as well
There is nothing we didnt like, but it would be even nicer stay if rooftop terrace had small cafe/lounge setup. At this time, that space is not used up to its full potential.

Our stay in this place in Montenegro was so much more than just accommodation – it was a true experience of heart and soul. The staff were absolutely extraordinary – not only professional but, above all, warm, kind, and full of life. From the very first moment, we felt not like guests, but like part of a family. Every smile, every look, every gesture
everything felt so natural and genuine that it’s hard to put into words. We met incredible people – open-hearted, joyful, and deeply sensitive to others. The way they embraced life and shared their happiness was contagious, showing us how beautiful life can be when it’s filled with meaningful connections.
Thanks to them, we realized that traveling is not just about the places you visit, but above all about the people you meet along the way. This stay will forever remain in our hearts because we built bonds that go far beyond a temporary encounter – we found friendships for a lifetime.
If we had to describe this staff in one sentence, it would be:

The property is not well maintained and old fashioned, was even more creepy since we were the only one staying in the hotel.
We received a room right next to the ‘lobby’, which was not clean. They claim to have a private beach which in fact is a super busy public one where you (luckily) get a free chair. Breakfast included, but at a restaurant at the beach instead where only option are eggs..
