The best place we stayed at in Montenegro!
This place truly stood out during our trip. The owner is incredibly welcoming and clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. The apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped — from the large, super-comfy bed and spacious fold-out couch to the excellent shower and well-stocked kitchenette. After a long day at the beach, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
Highly recommended.

Very friendly owner/manager who met us and helped carry our luggage, as we arrived late during the busy "promenade time". So kind and concerned about our comfort. Nice little balcony and kitchenette. Grocery store very close by.
Ulcinj is a little difficult to get around - not the accommodations fault of course.

The apartment is in a very good location with a great view and the beach is perfect. The apartment was very comfy with a very comfy bed and plenty of storage for clothes.
I was very disappointed with the facilities and the host.
During the second day of my stay the water stopped and we had to supply ourself with water from the corner shop for brushing teeth and shaving. The host told me not to use too much water as the tank would run out, but when I mentioned that in the toilet water runs all night without the need to flush, he said not to talk to him. shower pressure was either too high or too weak.
