The appartement was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is directly in front of the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. There was a supermarket near by and a free parking
- communication: There was no communication from the host before coming on how to get inside the apartment and there was no one in the reception. After waiting for the while and sending a message I tried to call then I got the instructions.
- Toiletries: the one provided were very limited and not even enough for 2 days.
- Beverages (nice to have): It would be great if the hotel provided a bottle of water upon arrival. I arrived on a Sunday when everything was closed, so I had to go to a gas station just to get some water.

The owner is very friendly and helpful and left clear instructions on where to find the keys and how to get into the room. The property has good value for the price. The location is great, you can reach the train and the highway quickly.
The interior is nice and high quality, however it shows a higher grade of usage already.

Hard to find. Communication with property was difficult to get a hold of someone. Furniture is not clean. Sofabed was broken and had cigarette burns. Bathroom smelled like sewer.
