Communication with the host was excellent and entry late at night was quick and easy (with an out of hours call out fee). Apartment is spacious and very clean, with every facility needed. Lift to 2nd floor. Great location for Old Town etc, with minimal noise from the street below. Great value all round.
No complaints / the apartment is exactly as advertised. The apartment does not have a balcony but does have a small outdoor drying area

The location was great. Victoria who did the check in was nice. The apartment was in good condition in general. An efficient check in.
The sofa bed was a bit of an issue for us as we have two boys who slept on the sofa bed and it didn’t seem to extend to a full size double bed. It’s fine for one adult but not two. The shower curtain pole and kept falling down.

Excellent location in the old town, great host who met us and very easy to contact before we arrived .. very spacious apartment and has everything you would want.

The location, the cleanliness & the size of the apartment, all great.
The shower head isn’t able to cope with the high pressure of water, it spins around - there needs to be a tighter grip around the attachment, it was annoying trying to shower. I would also highly recommend putting a long mirror in both bedrooms. We were 5 people including 2 females, both trying to apply makeup & do their hair on a tiny mirror in the living room. There needs to be more mirrors for people to get ready etc.. Yes a mirror in the bathroom but when others are showering it’s not accessible.
There is no WiFi either which I didn’t realise, this wasn’t a big deal for us as we had phone data but for a rental apartment they usually have WiFi.
