Beach house style in family neighborhood of Sherman Oaks. Kitchen is newly built with gray designed cabinets and quartz counter tops, oversized sink and bar. Home has hardwood floors throughout. Newly painted. 3 bedrooms:King, Queen and Full + Twin. Luxury linens throughout, clean and bright.

Upon arrival we felt right at home. The house was nicely decorated. All the beds were made extra comfortable with quality pillows and bed linens. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items to prepare a meal or two. I have rented different properties from Vicky several times and she is great to work with and all her properties are top notch!

Pros:
- reasonable price
- near to main highways
- Quite neighborhood
- enough space for car parking
- cable TV with many channels
- full stuck kitchen
- the owner was helpful about the place should be seen in LA
Cons
- car garage been converted to small guest house might occupied by bachelor guest in the presence of a family rented the house,
- No curtain on the kitchen window which overlook to outside which effects the privacy
- delay response from the owner to fix the shower knob and changing remote control 'battery ( 3 days)
- The sound of AC was loud and annoying in the Corridor between the rooms but it was cold
- the starter needs e.g paper towels, soaps were present at minimum
- some of the furniture was old like dining table chairs, table under TV
- fit for 7 members at maximum not 8 as what has been mentioned in the site
- front and backyard garden were neglected comparing to the adjacent houses
- can't call the owner on Saturday because of religious event in case something happens
What has been mentioned as cons can be managed by the owner to make her house perfect
