About this house rental
The more than 300 year old half-timbered house is in a quiet location in Lohrsdorf, just outside of Bad Neuenahr. The former "Gutsof Landskrone" has 2 bedrooms and a play and reading room in the roof gable, which can be used as an additional bedroom if required. There is room for 4 adults and 2 children to live, sleep and play. The living room with its cozy wood-burning stove and the small dining room convey a restrained decoration and give an immediate feeling of cosiness. The fully equipped kitchen lies between the two. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and a small sauna, one in the gable with a hip bath complete the offer.
Completely renovated and newly equipped in 2019, the half-timbered house with its small rooms, steep stairs and winding corridors has retained its original charm.
In Lohrsdorf, the vineyards of the Ahr Valley begin with excellent locations. A few hundred meters from the house is the Köhlerhof golf course, which is crossed by hiking trails that lead through the adjacent oak forest to Remagen. You can reach the Ahr just as quickly, which forms particularly beautiful natural bays here. The entire Ahr valley is accessible by train (station approx. 800m). For our guests, we have compiled a list of sights that can be easily reached on foot, by bike or by car.

Hier hat ein Architekt mal sein ganzes Können gezeigt ! Die Sauna hinterm Spiegel ist genial !
Die Aufteilung der Räume für 4 Personen super ; für 6 Personen aber auch absolut geeignet ! Sehr nette Vermieter!
Die Ahr zeigte sich allerdings von Ihrer schlechtesten Seite ... aber man ist dort absolut sicher !

Dieses Ferienhaus ist perfekt gelegen für Wanderungen im Ahrtal. Man ist sozusagen in wenigen Schritten auf den schönsten Wanderwegen. Das Haus ist hochwertig, liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Jeder Raum bietet schöne Überraschungen, wie die perfekt eingebaute Sauna. Ein Ort zum Zurückkommen!

Sehr nette Vermieter, ein zwar etwas verwinkeltes, aber trotzdem sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung.
Durch die Gästekarte ist man sehr flexibel. Wenn man auf dem Rotweinwanderweg genug gelaufen ist, geht man zum nächsten Bahnhof und fährt kostenlos zurück.
