About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the idyllic wine village Knittelsheim, which is part of the Southern Wine Route. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. There is a maximum of four people in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed (dimensions per single mattress: 0,9mx2m). The kitchen is fully equipped with a sitting and a dining area (dishwasher, oven and microwave), the bathroom (shower and toilet) and the two bedrooms (SAT and Flat-screen TV). All rooms of the apartment are heated. Unfortunately, the apartment has no internet. The parking lot is right on the doorstep. On the farm there is the possibility to end the evening with a barbecue. The owner lives on the first floor of the house. Knittelsheim is surrounded by forests and meadows in the Upper Rhine Plain and is perfect if you want to explore on foot, by horse or bike the environment or just want to enjoy the fresh air. In 1km distant center you will find everything else you might want for a successful holiday: There are several supermarkets such. B. Aldi and Lidl, restaurants, a swimming pool and much more. Nevertheless, you are on the B9 and A65 also fast in the Palatinate cities Speyer, Landau i. d. Palatinate, Karlsruhe and Ludwigshafen, which have many cultural highlights and more than 2000 years of history.
