About this house rental
For rent nice bright apartment (49 m²) well exposed, on the ground floor of a villa.
The apartment is composed of a living room with TNT Hertzian TV (1m LED screen), Blue-ray player and DVD.
Fully equipped kitchen, gas burners, multi-function robot, filter coffee maker and Senseo pod.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140 * 200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 * 200), sheets, cushions and towels included.
Private garden adjoining the apartment, with wooden terrace and pergola, at your disposal table for 6 people, and a plancha.
Secure swimming pool (4 * 8m) with deckchairs and water games, this will be shared with the owners from June 1 to September 15.
Additional apartment on the property.
Access to a 250 m² car park, possibility to park a trailer, fenced property with electric gate.
Available: cot, stroller and high chair on request.
On site possibility to rent electric mountain bikes (4 people).
Close to Avignon (25 mins), Pont du Gard (7 mins), Nîmes and Uzès (20 mins),
Les baux de Provence and Arles (30 mins),
Village center 900 meters away (Pharmacy, Tobacco, Bakery, etc.)
A deposit of 150 euros will be returned to you upon your departure after checking the apartment and cleaning.

La raison pour laquelle nous partons en gîte est pour le contact humain qu'il est difficile de trouver dans un hôtel.
Ne cherchez pas plus loin, les gîtes de Ghislaine et Laurent sont l'endroit idéal.
Tout était conforme à l'annonce, et aux commentaires des précédents vacanciers :-)
Nous rentrons de ces vacances 2021 avec plein de souvenirs.
Je recommande les yeux fermés La Vie est Belle.

Le titre à luii seul pourrait résumer notre séjour !
Nous avons passé un formidable séjour inoubliable dans un gîte tenu par de belles personnes bienveillantes et à l’écoute de nos souhaits. Ce fut vraiment une belle rencontre…
Quant au logement, il est impeccable et équipé avec soin, une literie à vous faire passer de belles nuits sereines 😀et je ne parle même pas de la piscine qui mous manque tant…
Le gîte porte le doux nom de « la vie est belle » et je vous l’assure la vie fut belle pendant ces deux semaines…
Gros coup de cœur pour nous ❤️
Une chose est sûre nous reviendrons chez Ghislaine et Laurent .

Séjour magnifique dans un endroit situé au calme mais proche de toutes commodités.
Arles, Nîmes, le pont du Gard, Uzes.... ne sont qu’à quelques kilomètres.
Endroit idéal pour séjourner en famille.
Très propre, propriétaires discrets, gentils.. on vous conseille d’y séjourner si vous aimez le Gard et la chaleur du sud.
On y retournera c’est certain.

Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis accueillis par des propriétaires chaleureux et attentifs, et très respectueux. Le logement est très propre, spacieux, et l'aménagement est impeccable. L'extérieur est très agréable (terrasse, piscine...). Bref, tout y est ! Nous reviendrons !
