Frühstück war gut. Rührei oder Spiegelei konnte man frisch zubereitet bekommen.
Das Abendessen war hervorragend und zu sehr guten Preisen erhältlich. Es wurden jegliche Wünsche berücksichtigt.
Die Atmosphäre , auch mit den anderen Gästen war sehr familiär.
Die Lage ist ideal, um direkt mit dem Rad zu starten. Wir konnten unser Räder problemlos in der Garage unterstellen.
Zum Frühstück wäre noch ein wenig Obst wünschenswert.

Überaus gepflegtes und makellos sauberes, altes Haus mitten im Wald. Die Zimmer sind zwar stilistisch nicht mehr aktuell, aber dennoch sehr komfortabel. Gutes Frühstück.
Abendessen gibt es nur von 17:00-19:00 Uhr - das ist selbst für den ländlichen Raum schon extrem früh.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, um Tagesausflüge in alle umliegenden Städte zu unternehmen. Auch Wandergebiete sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war immer abwechslungsreich, die Brötchen teilweise sogar noch warm, die Wurst und Marmelade waren sehr lecker. Auf Anfrage bekam man stets frisch zubereitetes Rührei. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr lecker, zur regulären Speisekarte gab es zusätzlich eine Tageskarte. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

The staff was super friendly and the facilities were extremely clean! This location is off the beaten path in the Frankenwald forest. A perfect guest house to recover from all your hiking. I was visiting Schnappenhammer/Schnaid with my friend so this was the perfect location. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was delicious and nice cold beer! I'm not quite sure if the staff can speak any or a little English, but this was the perfect opportunity for me to practice my German! Thank you Lorchenmuehle for a pleasant stay!
