In this way, we would like to give you a few guidelines on the description of accommodation, just to decide for that very reason for Villa Una Navis Bihać.
Villa Una Navis Bihać is a new building (built in 2019), located on the plot of over a 1560 m², situated on the shores of the emerald beauty of the Una and the distance is only 6 km from the city centre of Bihać. Most of all, our Villa offers you a pleasant and nice holiday with its full equipment and amenities. Villa Una Navis meets capacity of 11 persons + 1 couch which is enough for two persons, so total of 13 persons can be accommodated in the Villa. The Villa itself is consisted of three bedrooms, equipped with bunkbeds (3x) and single beds (5x) 90x200 cm, which, as such, can be combined into double beds. All rooms are facilitated with TVs sets and cable television. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms, dining room, comfortable living room with a perfect view on the Una River and the mountain. In the living room there is an extendable couch, air-condition, fireplace for cold days which can create a real home atmosphere. The Villa also has a laundry/ironing room, in the kitchen there is an electric stove plate, oven, refrigerator + freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, cooker hood, facilitated with hot water, electric kettle and plenty of dishes and kitchen textile for your needs. The Villa also has a big patio which is partly covered and a swimming pool located just by the river. A carefully chosen lighting in the interior of the Villa gives you a special atmosphere and warmth. There are also protective shutters as well as protection mosquito nets on all doors and windows. The house has an ideal isolation, so summer heat will not ruin the joy of your holidays. For your additional security, the Villa is equipped with external video surveillance which covers the whole yard. Just besides the Villa there is another building, made of natural stone, built in rural open facilities style, and shingles (wood), which covers the roof of that object, gives a note of age and transience of the object over time. The stone made auxiliary object is equipped with fireplace, barbecue, bread oven, water, gas and a sitting area. An old willow which is just besides the house makes the space even nicer and thus completing a sense of belonging to nature. The amenities of Villa Una Navis are complemented with a wooden patio, which is separated from other facilities on the plot and placed just above the emerald river Una, where in the most natural and direct way you make contact with the river itself. Besides all of this, we also offer to our guests possibility of using a smaller, wooden, rustic little house, which is placed by the main, bigger house, and entirely made of wood. It is very comfortable for stay and which is supplied with electricity and water, a bathroom, a kitchen with an electric board (2 heating bodies), oven, fridge, air-condition, dish washer, plenty of dishes and kitchen textile, dining room and living room as one unit. There are 2 extendable couches, and open upstairs floor, with 2 single beds. This facility has a patio with fixed furniture. The house looks like an old Bosnian house with wooden windows, so called, „pendžeri“ with a view to all sides of yard, and also a view to a young orchard. It is convenient for experience of living and enjoying in accordance with nature. Of course, we haven’t forgotten the youngest ones, so there is a playground at the plot with a swing, a seesaw and a slide. Nevertheless, it would be desirable that parents or older ones enjoy in play with their children and in that way, contribute the safety of their children. All facilities are placed at the plot which is a plot that is enclosed by a wooden fence on all sides, along with the no feeling of space constraint. Parking place is within the plot, it is free of charge, suitable for 4 parking places and everything is illuminated with sensory lights.

NOTE:
A wooden house is intended for stay and lease to the guests who rented Villa Una Navis and there are more than 13 (thirteen) of them, and it is not possible to rent it as a separate house and it is not open for use if there are less than 13 persons there.
