About this villa rental
This beautiful single-storey villa is located 500m from the center of Montmeyan; a charming village in Provence. In the morning you can buy your baguette in the village on foot. Close by you will find Régusse, an old Templar town with two windmills. A 15 minute drive away is the azure Lac de Sainte Croix with beaches and the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon, known as the Grand Canyon of Europe. Climbing, swimming, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and much more, all within easy reach. A day at the beach of Sainte Maxime is also more than worth it.
Your villa is located on a fenced property within walking distance of the village. The villa was built in 2017 from sustainable materials. The villa has a spacious terrace with dining table for your meals outside. A little further in the garden is the swimming pool and there is also a swing. The view is beautiful.
Inside is a spacious living room with open kitchen. Fully equipped, the latter invites you to prepare delicious Mediterranean meals. The lounge corner is equipped with a flat screen TV. There are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can also enjoy a comfortable night's sleep during the very hot summer months.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We had a very pleasant stay at the gite Les Oliviers and enjoyed every moment. The gite is very well equipped, both inside the house (spacious bedrooms and bathroom, 2 fridges, washing machine, …) as outside on the terrace (gas BBQ, big table, relax seats) and in the garden (swimming pool, sun beds, petanque field, ..) We had 2 minor things to be solved and the owners who live close immediately came to fix it. The region offers plenty of nice hiking routes and cities like Aix-en-Provence can be reached by car in an hour. Also the region around the Verdon with its Gorges is fabulous. We would really recommend this place to families of 4-6 people.

Mooi in 2017 gebouwd huis met eigen toegang. Eigenaar woont op een perceel ernaast en is er als het nodig mocht zijn, maar in de praktijk zul je elkaar niet tegenkomen. Vanaf de peage is het nog wel een behoorlijk stuk binnendoor rijden, niet erg, maar wel iets op rekening mee te houden. In het dorp (op 1 km afstand) is een kleine supermarkt waar ook brood gekocht kan worden. Voor de grote boodschappen is 7 km verderop een Super U. Huis is volledig ingericht, met goede bedden, airco vaatwasser, wasmachine, koel/vrieskast, magnetron en tweemaal koffieapparaat (nespresso en een filterzetter) Groot terras op zuidzijde. Voorbij het terras een tuin met speelatributen en een opzetzwembad. Parkeren kan op eigen terrein. Daarnaast is er nog een eigen jeu de boulesbaan beschikbaar.

Propriété bien située et bien équipée. Mais nous avons eu des désagréments comme les bruits d'écoulements des toilettes de l'appartement du dessus (surtout la nuit), ainsi que des odeurs d'égout très fréquentes ...
