Location was amazing. Having 2.5 restrooms was a luxury. Plenty of beds. Well maintained. The building has 5 floors. Each unit has its own floor. Elevator. Laundry. Restaurants surrounds the area. Close to metro.
The place was dark at night. It needed more lights, lamps etc. we were on the 5th floor unit. We didnt realize the unit had 2 floors. Top floor has tons of windows; beautiful in the day time, difficult to sleep in. Elevator was broken. Laundry machines were not working well.

The location was great. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. Updated and very clean. Big beautiful windows to let in natural light. It was easy to get in with our code. Communication with the property was excellent and it was helpful to be able to leave our suitcases downstairs on our last day.
Traveling by taxi to the property - it was tricky to locate. It would be very helpful for the hosts to name the two cafes that sit on one side of the property. This became very helpful for us when using taxis to return to the property.

The location and the quietness
The customer service seems to be an IA virtual assistance. Nobody answer the phone numbers, which is quite frustrating if you have a problem. You just receive written messages, sometimes delayed and therefore not helpful. Some weirdness as well on the answers, as if it was automatic messages with no human behind them. There is a problem with providing the codes programed for specific hours to get access to the building and specially to the lockers on the basement: we were unable to use them as the codes provided were not functioning at all. So if you arrive sooner to your check in hour you cannot leave your luggage in the building. Again, a sort of IA repeated answers received telling us to use the same codes over again….

The listing says 2 bedrooms , it is actually one bed room, they have a double bed set up in the living room & a safa bed. When we set up sofa bed. We don’t have room to walk. Space is very small and crowded for a family of 5 .
Too small. It is not two bed rooms , it only one bedroom. You can hear neighbours taking when trying to sleep.
