Lodging two rooms plus toilets, with a very well equipped and equipped modular kitchen. Very panoramic and ventilated is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance directly from the outside, with no floors above. It has an area of approx. 40 square meters with 4 beds (2 + 2): 2 people in a large double bedroom + 2 people on a full size sofa bed (L. 140 cm.) in the living room / kitchen. Balcony with direct sea view of approx. 12 square meters place at the exit of the bedroom and outside (au dehors) approx. 20 square meters of space in the entrance area equipped for relaxation and consumption of meals and drinks and for outdoor living (outdoor life). The apartment is excellent for couples, great for families with small children or teenagers.

Bellissimo appartamento con vista mare, ventilato e soprattutto in zona molto tranquilla. Ci siamo trovati bene, a 5 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia. Lo consiglio.

Buchung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren unkompliziert. Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir hatten zwar ein wenig Sprachbarriere, aber es ging trotzdem einwandfrei. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Blick über die Dächer der Stadt zum Meer gigantisch. Der Vermieter, Daniele, ist sehr freundlich, zudem kam noch seine Tochter, die sehr gut deutsch spricht. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und ziehen es nochmals in Betracht dort zu wohnen.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in uno degli appartamenti di questa bellissima casa. Per una famiglia consigliamo di affittare l'appartamento la Risacca che offre spazi più ampi. La casa si trova sulla collina di Tortoreto ed offre oltre ad un bellissimo giardino curato con tanta dedizione e passione dal signor Daniele una bellissima vista sul mare. Una nota di merito va indirizzata all'amministrazione comunale che ha ben organizzato le spiagge pubbliche predisponendo degli spazi con dei porta ombrelloni che consentono di mantenere le giuste distanze tra le persone e di godere quindi della spiaggia in tutta tranquillità. Potrebbe essere una best practice da estendere anche altrove! Consigliamo di trascorrere una giornata di mare presso la riserva di Torre del Cerrano e se si vuole fare qualche chilometro in più anche presso la riserva di Punta Aderci. Merita una visita anche la città di Ascoli Piceno che abbiamo apprezzato grazie alla professionalità della signora Giorgi.
