Each cabin has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with Exclusive and Private Access to the amazing Nueces River
-The Riv Resort is approximately 45 mins from Concan. 30 mins from the Frio River. 5 mins south of Camp Wood, and sits on an exclusive section of the Nueces River.

-The Riv is located 5 minutes south of Camp Wood, Texas.
-Cabins were refurbished April of this year.
-Sleeping arrangements:
3 bedrooms (room 1: king bed, room 2: king bed, room 3: two twin beds)
Living room (one daybed and a trundle)
-The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware (there is not a dish washing machine).
-Refrigerator and freezer (there is not an ice maker)
-Each cabin has a propane bbq and a wood bbq on the patio.
-Must be 21 years old to reserve and an adult must be present during the rental period.
-Maximum of 8 tenants per cabin.
-Only tenants of The Riv cabins are allowed on the property and have access to the river.
-Fire pits are on site. Firewood can be purchased from us as you request it.
-The cabins are only about 200 yards from the river.
-You can rent kayaks, paddle boards , and tubes from us, as long as we have timely notice (a few days). First come first served, since we have limited amounts.
-You can reserve one of our three riverfront pavilions for your own private and shaded area on the river, as long as we have timely notice (a few days). First come first served, since there are only three. When reserving, you can specify which pavilion you want, or one will be assigned.
-River access is a short walk, about 200 yards, from the cabins.
-There is a loading and unloading section for kayaks, paddle boards, and tubes.
-River access is for the tenants of each cabin only.
-We have a large field next to the basketball and pickleball courts for you to enjoy.
It is recommended to bring your own beach towels and snorkeling equipment since the water is so clear!

We utilized four cabins to accommodate 27 adults and 5 children. The cabins were very nice and very clean. Nice veranda and patio with a fire ring attached to each cabin. Easy access to the river, we had a wonderful time.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family get away! Ours is a big family with all ages, it was a great time for every age! The river was the best so clean because the dam is right on the property.!

This was the perfect location for our small family reunion! The cabins are awesome (pictures don't do it justice!)! The owner has gone an extra step to add amenities not found in most rentals. It was so convenient to the perfect spot on the river. Both adults and kids were able to swim and play. The staff were very accommodating and freindly. We'll be back!
