Lodging two rooms plus toilets, with a very well equipped and equipped modular kitchen. Located on the ground floor, sheltered from the sun, with independent entrance directly from the outside and without floors above. It has an area of approx. 40 square meters with 4 beds (2 + 2): 2 people in a large double bedroom + 2 people on a full size sofa bed (L. 140 cm.) in the living room / kitchen. Balcony with direct sea view of approx. 12 square meters place at the exit of the bedroom and outside (au dehors) approx. 20 square meters of space in the entrance area equipped for relaxation and consumption of meals and drinks and for outdoor living (outdoor life). The apartment is excellent for couples, great for families with small children or teenagers.

We spent a pleasant week here. It's worth it even in this autumn time, there are empty beaches and when the weather gets worse there are many places around that are worth seeing. The owner Mr. Daniele is very friendly and always ready to help. The apartment is spacious, clean, perfectly equipped with a beautiful view of the sea. It is a quiet place above the city with a well-kept garden

Ottimo appartamento di 40 mq con aria condizionata e situato lontano dal caos cittadino ma 5/10 minuti dalla spiaggia con balconcino, con bella vista sul mare. Siamo stati benissimo in 3 persone penso che anche 4 stiano bene ma soprattutto e sottolineo soprattutto l'appartamento e nuovo e adatto a disabili tutto su un livello, e il sig.Daniele gentilissimo. Quasi sicuramente torneremo

E' stato il nostro primo soggiorno al mare in Abruzzo e devo dire che Tortoreto e' stata una bella sorpresa! La localita' e' bella, curata, pulita, con molti ristoranti di qualita', spiagge attrezzate e libere, molti servizi x adulti e bambini, tanti supermercati x ogni esigenza, piste ciclabili, ecc.
La struttura presso la quale abbiamo alloggiato e' di ottimo livello. Situato in una villa sulla collina, l'appartamento e' bello, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comodita', circondato da un bel giardino e con una splendida vista sul mare. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponobili e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili. Molto apprezzato anche il pensiero di benvenuto: 1 bottiglia di acqua e 1 di vino bianco locale. Tortoreto e' anche relativamente vicina ad alcune citta' storiche come Ascoli Piceno e Chieti, che meritano una visita.
Siamo stati felici di prolungare la nostra vacanza per altri 2 giorni oltre la data originariamente concordata. Torneremo volentieri anche il prossimo anno. Consigliatissimo per chi ama vacanze di relax e di qualita'.
