About this house rental
Ideally located near the dam and Lake Vouglans, this house has a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. It will satisfy families looking for space and couples seeking serenity. The owners of animals will be able to leave their animal free on a parcel of 1200 m ² entirely fenced. During the summer season you can enjoy the barbecue with a terrace and a shaded balcony. The children will have table football and table tennis and baby equipment is at your disposal (crib, high chair and bath).
You will have on the ground floor a kitchen, a dining-room, a living room, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. On the first floor there is a large bedroom, a games room with a sofa bed, a small mezzanine and a bathroom. You will have in the cellar a second fridge, a freezer and a washing machine. The living room has a flat-screen TV. Heating is central and electric with the possibility of making a fire in the fireplace of the living room (wood provided free). You will also enjoy a small enclosed pond with fish that has been designed in natural rock.
The place is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, water activities with the nearby beach of Bellecin, via ferrata, fishing, visiting various natural sites such as the waterfalls of the hedgehog, etc. According to your expectations you will find everything you are looking for at the tourist office of Orgelet and take the opportunity to make a jump to the cheese factory which is located next door. In the village a tennis court with mini football and a playground for children and a boules pitch are within walking distance. There is a restaurant in the center and the nearest shops are less than 15 km away. You can also buy high quality poultry at the Babeth farm.

Maison idéalement placée dans le petit village de Cernon, proche de la plage de Bellecin et des chemIns de randonnée.
L’équipement est conforme à la description et tout le nécessaire et à disposition.
Idéal pour passer un agréable séjour.

maison très grande et agréable avec des enfants, salle de jeux à l'étage mais manque d'entretien de l'habitation, les personnes d'avant avait un chien et du coup intérieur de la maison salle et plein de toile d'araignée. Grande gentillesse de Linda, merci.
