About this farm stay rental
Il Pescinone is a farm owned by our family for generations.
Il Cipresso is a two-room apartment with 4 beds on the ground floor, with air conditioning. The access to the structure and the bathroom have been adapted to the legislation for the removal of architectural barriers (dpgr 41 / R / 2009) and are therefore accessible to guests with disabilities. Rustic, not luxurious but welcoming environment, excellent starting point for sea lovers - which can be reached in 10 minutes - and for those who love to discover the beauties of the surroundings in the splendid setting of the Val di Cornia and the Etruscan Coast.
There are a double bed area, an additional single bed and a kitchenette with fridge in the main room, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom accessible also with a wheelchair.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided.
A laundry room with two washing machines is available to all guests. Outside there are large green spaces with the possibility of barbecue
