La vue tout autour de l’appartement (incroyable), les espaces, la taille de l’appartement, l’accès, le parking privé, la propreté, la distance du lac et de la piste cyclable
Peu approprié avec un enfant en bas âge à cause des escaliers (appartement en duplex, une chambre en bas et tout le reste à l’étage)
Mais si je n’avais pas eu de bébé j’aurais trouvé ça chouette !

La maison est très propre. La situation est très bien. C’est facile à prendre le bus et le vélo. Proche de lake et belle vue.

Spacious apartment with great views of the lake (it surrounds all the windows of the living room). Located in Sevrier (close to Annecy) in a quite neighborhood right on the bike trails and within a walking distance to supermarkets and some local restaurants. The closest beach is within 10 minutes walk.
The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and air conditioning in the living room.
Although the apartment was well equipped in general there were a some basic items missing:
There was a lack of cupboards (or more specifically, shelves) for storage. There was exactly one towel power per person and no hand towel in the shower.
Although Sevrier is close to Annecy there are traffic jams and in busy hours it can take up to 40 minutes to get there.
Wifi was slow and the reception in the bedrooms was poor.
The air conditioner is only in the living room. We didn't need it during our stay, but it may be relevant during heat waves, which are becoming more common now.
