The home is built on top of the hill, have paramedic view, over looking beautiful city of San Luis Obispo.
Walking distance to cal-poly and downtown.
Two bedroom, two bath.
Living room with sofa bed(queen size).
Each bedroom have cal-king size heavenly bed with warm goose dawn comforter. The bathroom with heavenly shower with bathtub.
Toilet with bidet.
Second bathroom, rain shower and toilet with bidet.
Dinning area with decorated with colored marble stones.
Wet bar in the unit with Conway ion and ambiance drinking water fountain. The barbecue grill in the back yard. And also sitting area with the umbrella table.
Walk down side stairs to separate entrance. Plenty parking space on the street. Also parking at the drive way in front of the house.
One dog up to 20 pounds allowed.

We had very comfortable stay at this very unique apartment located walking distance to Cal Poly University. The place is clean, with comfortable beds and amazing views.
