We enjoyed a week in this beautiful house situated in a quiet place. It is spacious and has everything you need. The region is beautiful, you can hike or take your bike to make lots of tours. The host is very helpful.

This accommodation was excellent value for money. Very clean with high quality facilities. Good location close to local amenities and a lovely view of the surrounding area. We were given a very warm welcome by Jacqueline and a very helpful English speaking neighbour! It was the perfect base for our skiing holiday in the beautiful small ski resort of Crest Voland. I would definitely recommend this property to other families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ombre Desous. The property is very well maintained, beautifully situated and ideal for a family holiday. The owners were most courtious and friendly, helpful and discrete. This “location” is very good value, we recommend it wholeheartedly. Nous remercions les propriétaires, notre séjour a été trop court, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le chalet et ses environs, quel beau pays! Nous espérons revenir en Haute Savoie avant trop longtemps.

Although we knew about the spiral staircase, we hadn’t expected it to be so difficult.
No shoes upstairs was also a new one!
Finally we were very surprised to find no towels in the bathrooms, had to go out and buy some.
