This semi-detached house is very functional and the view is great whatever the weather!
At equal distance from the islands of Batz and Bréhat it is a privileged place to visit the region of the Pink Granite Coast. 5 minutes walk from the door, the customs officers' path passes by. You are parked on the pavement in front of the house.

* A balcony on the sea side and a terrace on the dead end in front of the house.
* A living room with sitting area, kitchenette and table for your meals
° Independent WC on the ground floor
°A cellar with shower
* A bedroom with a 160cm double bed on the first floor, on the sea side
* A bedroom with a double bed 140cm on the first floor, dead end side.
A bathroom with WC and washbasin on the first floor.
° A bedroom with 2 single beds on the second floor
* A shower room with WC
* WIFI
* Beds made on arrival
Optional :
- Towels: 10€/person to be paid on site (on prior request)
- Cleaning at the end of your stay: 50€ to be paid on site

Le gîte est idéalement placé face à la mer, quel bonheur!! Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques. Juste un petit coup de rafraîchissement dans les lieux aurait été super...la literie est sans souci on y dort vraiment bien. Bref nous avons bien profité lors de notre séjour. Et les moules de Locquemeau sont excellentes.

Wir waren begeistert von dem traumhaften Meeresblick und dem stylischen Interieur des Hauses wie z.B. Kamin und Accessoires. Die Umgebung durch den Zöllnerpfad um die Eckezu erkunden ist grandios. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die tolle Umgebung der rosa Granitküste.
Vielen Dank auch an Jean-Francois für die Unterstützung und die Tipps, auch deutschsprachige Fernsehsender waren ganz angenehm für uns.
